Broga

An amazing workout which combines strength, power, flexibility, mobility and cardio fitness all at the same time. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility or mobility. Each session breaks down into different body parts building their strength, power and flexibility.

Broga classes are available both in studio and online for your convenience. Beginners welcome - a great workout is guaranteed!

HIIT

If you want to burn fat, improve endurance and build strength, then High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the class for you. HIIT classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and are based in a motivating group environment. Classes for 45 minutes long and you will always leave with a post workout endorphin high!

HIIT classes are studio based. Expect cardio, strength, power, endurance and core!

Boxercise

A great High Intensity Interval Training workout which is based on the training methods used by boxers. Classes involve hitting focus pads but no session involves hitting an opponent. All levels of fitness welcome.
